Department of Mechanical Engineering

Department of ME commenced undergraduate programmes in January 2015 with 53 students of 75 Long Course. Mechanical Engineering is one of the basic engineering branches with its large application fields. Mechanical engineers are studying on modern systems of present day such as automotive, train, aircraft and ship industries, power plants, air-conditioning systems, robots, heating/cooling systems construction and manufacturing, thermodynamics, energy, machine theory and dynamics etc. The purpose of this department is to build engineers who can use the modern technologies and to encourage the production development by providing the students with the current knowledge about mechanical engineering fields.
