Department of Business Administration

Department of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA-General) as a part of the Faculty of Business and Social Science (FBSS) started its journey in 2015. This department is currently offering bachelor programme in business administration. Through this programme, Officer Cadets (OCs)/ Young Officers (YOs) are equipped with core business knowledge as well as underlying concepts, theory and tools of different business field. This programme also instills analytical and reflecting thinking techniques to identify and analyze problems, develop practical alternatives and make effective decisions.

After the completion of BBA degree, a young officer of BMA can efficiently serve as an individual and as a member or leader in teams in multidisciplinary settings by demonstrating different skills and human values. The ultimate aim of this department is to develop the intellectual and behavioral competencies of the YO graduates to create a foundation for their future professional and personal development.
