The Winter Term 2023 Inter-Company Confidence Building Competition took place from 16 October to 18 October 2023. 4th Term Cadets of Bangladesh Military Academy took part at this event to exhibit their courage and confidence. The competition featured various challenges, beginning with a confidence walk, followed by a sliding rope exercise, and a thrilling race through a tough obstacle course spanning nearly one kilometer and encompassing 17 diverse obstacles.

Cadets of 87 BMA Long Course participated at this event with a great zeal and enthusiasm. Fostering team spirit, assessing cadets stamina and tenacity are the main focus of the event. In view of the overall performance, Hamid Company emerged as Champion and Mustafa Company secured the Runner-up position. On the final day of the competition, Deputy Commandant Brigadier General Abul Hasnat Mohammad Tariq, ndu, afwc, psc remained present as the Chief Guest and distributed prizes among the winners.
