Elementary Drill Competition Summer Term-2024 was hosted by Bangladesh Military Academy (BMA) on May 7, 2024. This competition is arranged for the First Term cadets (91 BMA Long Course) after picking up the basics of drill. This event stands as a testament to the cadets' discipline, turnout, loyalty, esprit de corps, obedience to command and competitiveness that showcased through synchronized efforts. In a closely contested display of skills in drill, the cadets of Platoon H-1(C) of Hamid Company emerged as the victors, presenting an exceptional performance. Platoon J-1(B) of Jahangir Company secured second position, while Platoon M-1(B) of Mustafa Company claimed the third position. Colonel Ferdous Arif Ahmed, afwc, psc, Battalion Commander, 1st Bangladesh Battalion, BMA graced the event as the Chief Guest and distributed prizes among the participating cadets.
