The culmination of PCAT-9 occurred on November 16, 2023, as 81 student officers of the course successfully completed their Post Commission Academic Training. Major General S M Kamrul Hassan, ndc, hdmc, psc, PhD, the Commandant of Bangladesh Military Academy, delivered an insightful speech before the PCAT-9 Officers during this momentous event.
