Bangladesh Military Academy hosted a specialized session titled "My Leadership Experience" at the Zia Auditorium on November 28, 2023. Brigadier General Abul Hasnat Mohammad Tariq, ndu, afwc, psc, the Deputy Commandant, along with all officers, cadets, and instructors (Junior Commissioned Officers, Non Commissioned Officers) from the Academy participated in this event. The session featured Major General S M Kamrul Hassan, ndc, hdmc, psc, PhD, the Commandant of the Bangladesh Military Academy, as the esteemed guest speaker, sharing invaluable insights from his personal journey in leadership.
